Product Manager, AI Solutions

AInvest is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Product Manager, AI Solutions to build next-generation AI-native investing experiences for a fast-growing fintech startup.

We are looking for a product manager who is AI-native in how they think and work, not necessarily someone who builds models, but someone who deeply understands how AI can transform user workflows.

Just as important, this role requires hands-on investing experience. You should have real exposure to equities, options, or crypto markets, and understand how traders think, analyze, and act.

You will define and build AI-powered product experiences that align with real investor behavior, not theoretical workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Design and ship AI-native product experiences that enhance how users research, analyze, and trade
• Leverage AI tools such as LLMs, copilots, and automation workflows to rethink traditional investing journeys
• Analyze real user behavior across trading, research, and social platforms to identify high-impact opportunities
• Translate investor workflows such as stock picking, options strategies, and crypto trading signals into scalable product features
• Identify and prioritize features based on actual trading pain points and market dynamics
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews within trading communities
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to rapidly iterate and launch products
• Use data to drive product decisions, including user engagement, retention, and conversion
• Build product prototypes and clear documentation such as PRDs, flows, and wireframes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in consumer tech, fintech, or trading platforms
• AI-native mindset, with active use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot in daily workflows and product thinking
• Hands-on investing experience in one or more of the following:
• Equities, including stock trading and analysis
• Options, including basic to advanced strategies
• Crypto, including spot, derivatives, or on-chain awareness
• Strong intuition for investor behavior and market psychology
• Ability to translate ambiguous ideas into clear product direction
• Strong ownership and ability to execute in a fast-paced environment
