Job SummaryAs a Provider Clinical Operations Consultant, Manager, you will engage with clients in the health services sector to enhance their operational efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities- Lead clinical operations consulting projects in the health services sector to drive business transformation and operational excellence.
- Guide teams in strategic planning and execution of operations strategies to enhance client support and stakeholder engagement.
- Utilize analytical thinking and business performance metrics to optimize operations processes and improve business outcomes.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Promote relationship building and teamwork to foster a collaborative environment and achieve project goals.
- Apply management consulting skills to address complex operational challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
- Engage in strategic questioning to identify opportunities for process optimization and operational improvements.
- Confirm data integrity and compliance within operational frameworks to support business transformation efforts.
- At least a Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 6 years of experience.
- Preference for a background in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance.
- Proficiency in operations management and process optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
- Analytical thinking to drive business transformation.
- Experience leading teams in achieving operational excellence and strategic questioning.
- Managing complex operations strategies within health industries.
- Developing innovative solutions for process improvement and optimization.
Up to 80%
CompensationSalary range: $99,000 - $232,000. Compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
