Job Description
A leading real estate management company is seeking a Contract Administrator to support contract management across its nationwide property management operations. This role will work closely with Legal, Risk Management, IT, Operations, and property teams to streamline contract administration, support the implementation of a new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, and improve operational efficiency across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience in contract administration within the property management industry, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities- Support property management teams nationwide with the preparation, review, and administration of vendor and service contracts.
- Develop, maintain, and manage a centralized contract database, including tracking contract status, renewals, and expiration dates.
- Partner with the Legal department to ensure contract terms align with approved templates and company risk standards.
- Coordinate with Risk Management regarding insurance requirements, vendor compliance, and contract-related documentation.
- Serve as a key contributor in the implementation, launch, and ongoing administration of the company's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
- Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Operations to improve contract workflows, standardize templates, and support user training.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency throughout the contract management process.
- Monitor contract compliance and maintain organized, accurate contract records.
- Support cross-functional initiatives related to contract administration and vendor management.
- Minimum of 5 years of contract administration experience within property management required.
- Experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems required.
- Familiarity with vendor contract administration, compliance tracking, and document management.
- Experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
