Senior Analyst, Business Operations

The Senior Analyst, Business Operations supports the development of executive-level presentations and storytelling. The core of the work is helping synthesize marketplace context, business performance, and growth priorities into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership.

• Excellent written and verbal communicator who can craft a compelling story from data.
• Analytically strong, but wired to think about the so what – not just the numbers.
• Deep familiarity with the media industry, especially ad‑supported TV and streaming.
• High attention to detail paired with strong editorial judgment.

• 3-5 years in media or related field, with experience in ad sales, business operations, analytics, or strategic planning preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to support and contribute to cross‑functional projects within a large & matrixed organization.
• Experience collaborating with colleagues across departments, supporting delivery against target timelines.

• Strong understanding of media math, addressable advertising, and the distribution platform landscape.
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to clearly convey insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize data and contribute actionable insights and recommendations.
• Skilled at translating data into powerful stories via advanced PowerPoint or Keynote.
• Adept technical/functional experience in Excel.
• Ability to leverage AI for automating tasks, improving workflow efficiency, and enhancing decision‑making processes.
• Ability to work effectively within a complex, matrixed organization.
