Director, Group Delivery Lead Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Loans Enablement Platform Delivery Lead to help drive high-impact initiatives across the Loans Enablement Platform in New York City. The role involves turning strategic priorities into clear plans and working across product, technology, operations, and business teams to move delivery forward.

• Lead initiatives end to end across the Loans Enablement Platform.
• Work through complex problems, bring structure to ambiguity, and help cross-functional teams make decisions and move forward.
• Build clear delivery plans with milestones, risks, dependencies, and decision points.
• Drive execution of strategic, operational, and regulatory priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders, remove blockers, and keep teams aligned and accountable for results.

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, business transformation, operations, program delivery, or product/program management.
• A track record of leading complex initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• The ability to solve complex problems and turn strategy into execution.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• The ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
• A strong sense of accountability, ownership, and bias for action.
• The ability to prepare clear, executive-level communications.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification is a plus.

• Loans industry experience is preferred.
• Experience in financial services, platform delivery, or transformation is a plus.

The expected base salary for this position when employment commences is within $136,500 to $220,000 per year, commensurate with experience and market location. Additional incentives, bonuses, and benefits may apply.
