Job Description Summary
The GA Team Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting and coordinating various company operational services, employee support programs, facility-related operations, transportation programs, workshops/events, and cross‑functional administrative coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, communication abilities, problem‑solving capabilities, and the ability to manage both operational and employee support functions in a fast‑paced corporate environment. The position also involves frequent coordination with internal departments, vendors, and employees to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee company shuttle services, coordination, scheduling, fleet/vendor management, and employee commuter support
- Coordinate lodging accommodations and operational scheduling for workshops, business travelers, and company events
- Support overall office operations and employee service requests to maintain an efficient, organized, and professional work environment
- Oversee office amenities, operational vendor services, and facility‑related support operations
- Communicate operational policies, procedures, service updates, and guidelines to employees and management teams in a clear, professional, and timely manner
- Coordinate catering, logistics, setup, scheduling, and on‑site operational support for company meetings, workshops, employee engagement activities, and events of various sizes
- Prepare operational reports, usage summaries, administrative documentation, presentations, and management updates
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects utilizing operational systems, reporting tools, and AI‑based solutions
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent day‑to‑day business operations
- Education:
Associates of Science (A.S.) - Work Experience:
2–4 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field - Skills:
Communication, Multitasking, Prioritization, Reporting and Analysis - Languages:
Korean - Certification:
Not Applicable - Compensation: 22.75–44.50 USD Hourly (subject to change)
