Responsibilities
Partner directly with the sales leadership team as a trusted advisor, focused on strategic planning, sales optimization, and business operational support.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as finance, employee success, marketing, and operations to deliver high‑impact projects ranging from Go‑To‑Market planning to Salesforce product playbooks, tooling, data quality, business planning, market segmentation, sales pipeline, and business performance review.
Use data to drive insights, provide strategic recommendations, build scalable assets, and guide execution and organizational change. Define key performance metrics and targets, build reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business, identify areas of weakness, and present improvement recommendations to sales leadership.
Perform ad‑hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools (including customer segmentation, sales participation, propensity to buy, white space, etc.). Create executive‑level presentations for local and global leadership reviews and organize quarterly business reviews.
Assist in troubleshooting operational issues as they surface and propose changes to systems and processes to fix root causes.
Demonstrate ability to handle ambiguity, problem‑solve using a structured, logical approach, and exhibit strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications- 2‑3+ years of professional experience in a highly analytical role or strategy department.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL and Tableau.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
- Outstanding problem‑solving skills with a consistent track record of asking questions, structuring sophisticated problems, and developing solutions and recommendations.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex information into easily digestible insights and executive presentations.
- Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations.
- Resilient self‑starter with high motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand.
- Highly collaborative style with strong networking skills across business functions.
- Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency.
Salesforce offers a variety of benefits to help you live well including: time off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and an employee stock purchasing program. The typical base salary range for this position is $80,900–$122,300 annually (US). In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range is $97,400–$134,000 annually.
