Why This Role Is Important to UsWe are looking for a Strategy Lead for our rapidly growing Americas business unit; you’ll be supporting the regional head of the business in executing an unbeatable winning strategy in our buy‑side target markets, including market positioning, sales enablement, pricing strategies, and organizational structures.
What You Will Be Responsible For- Prepare C‑suite reports on market dynamics, positioning and intelligence of the competitive landscape.
- Guide management in understanding and translating market opportunities into Sim Corp’s corporate vision and strategy.
- Contribute strategic insights on industry innovation and trends, including navigating the competitive landscape.
- Run strategic deep‑dives on core subject areas engaging the wider organization, leveraging your industry knowledge and perspective.
- Contribute to thought leadership pieces in our industry that impact Sim Corp clients and community.
- 3–5+ years of experience from within the investment management function of an Asset Manager or a buy‑side consultancy organization.
- Strong understanding of the full value chain of an Asset Management organization, drivers and market landscape development.
- Insight into the software landscape for investment management and macro‑trends shaping the future of the industry.
- Experience with Commercial Strategy, Sales Enablement, Commercial Execution.
- Experience across buy‑side vendor system landscape.
- Great communication skills, written as well as spoken.
- Salary range: $108,560 – $162,840 USD (New York City only).
