Location: New York
Code and Theory is seeking a Change & Enablement Lead to join our Enterprise Transformation team. This role focuses on driving organizational change and adoption of new processes and technology in a client-facing capacity.
With 6+ years of experience in change management, you will partner with clients to develop change strategies, facilitate collaboration across teams, and maximize the value of enterprise transformation initiatives. The compensation range for this role is $140,000–$185,000.
