Senior Consultant, Strategy & Transactions

Our rapidly growing global team of transactions and strategy experts is focused on deal advisory and growth strategy in the Energy, Utilities and Renewable Infrastructure sectors.

• Supporting corporate and private equity clients with market entry strategy and analysis, identifying investment themes and potential targets
• Leading buy‑and‑sell side commercial due diligence
• Coaching colleagues on strategy and transactions best practice
• Helping to develop new client relationships and manage and enhance existing relationships

The Senior Consultant role requires 4+ years of consulting or industry experience with strategy & transactions initiatives. The Manager role requires 6+ years of experience.

• Strategy & Transactions advisory experience – CDD, VCDD, growth, market entry
• Experience leading energy‑focused projects and understanding of the energy value chain
• Ability to build relationships with clients during project work and through business development activity
• Desire to coach and develop junior team members
• Drive to be involved in a fast‑growing business and shape the team's future development

• Salary range: $126,000 - $192,500
