Aboutthe Role
We are seeking a hands‑on Fractional Head of Demand Generation to work directly with the executive team to build and scale qualified pipeline. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with early‑stage SaaS companies and can balance strategy with execution. We’re looking for a builder—someone who can develop campaigns, test channels, improve conversion, and create a repeatable demand generation engine.
This is a remote, flexible engagement with the opportunity to have a significant impact on the company’s growth trajectory.
- Develop and execute Lucid Trust’s demand generation strategy
- Build qualified pipeline across target markets and buyer personas
- Manage and optimize Linked In Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, and other acquisition channels
- Improve website conversion rates and lead capture processes
- Create and launch lead generation campaigns, webinars, content offers, and thought leadership initiatives
- Establish marketing attribution, reporting, and funnel metrics
- Work closely with the founder on positioning, messaging, and go-to‑market strategy
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns to improve performance
- Increased qualified inbound pipeline
- Consistent meetings with enterprise buyers and decision‑makers
- Improved website conversion and lead generation performance
- Scalable demand generation programs with measurable ROI
- Clear reporting and visibility into funnel performance and marketing impact
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS demand generation
- Experience building and managing marketing programs that generate qualified pipeline and revenue
- Strong understanding of Linked In Ads, Google Ads, content marketing, and conversion optimization
- Experience working with startups or growth‑stage companies
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven approach to decision‑making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- AI, cybersecurity, governance, risk, compliance, or regulatory technology experience
- Experience selling into financial services, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with executive‑level buyers including Chief Risk Officers, Compliance Leaders, CISOs, and AI Governance stakeholders
- Fractional / Contract
- Remote (U.S. preferred)
