Summary: Provide technical documentation in support of knowledge clarity

• Document workflows, interfaces, and systems per industry standards.
• Ensure documentation supports knowledge transfer and system continuity.
• Create user guides for existing and new tools as per existing IT Assets.
• Accurately interpret technical designs, workflows, and processes specific to the data, reporting, and infrastructure needs.
• Develop materials that bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders or end-users who may not have a technical background.
• Create onboarding materials that reflect operational nuances.
• Review documentation with stakeholders to ensure it meets operational needs.
• Support documentation of existing data structures, reports, or input interfaces as directed by stakeholders.
