Job Overview
The You Tube Business Product Activation Team is responsible for bringing product to market and market to product. The team works closely with both business and product leaders to scale adoption of You Tube products across the partner and creator ecosystem.

New York, NY, USA;
Los Angeles, CA, USA;
San Bruno, CA, USA. This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of management consulting, investment banking, business strategy and operations, or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience with data analysis (i.e., agreement structures, detailed scenario forecasting, program performance tracking, market sizings, SQL, spreadsheet analysis, etc.).
- 2 years of experience in presentation (i.e., owning content outline, slide creation, data visualization, and delivery to executive audiences).
- 5 years of experience in advanced problem solving and project management.
- Experience working with the You Tube ecosystem, Creator Economy (viewers, creators, advertisers), or Music/Media landscape.
- Distinctive analytical skills, and impeccable business judgment.
- Investigative mindset, strong strategic thinking, clear communication, operational accuracy, attention to detail and cross‑functional co‑ordination skills.
- Track record working with product managers, other cross‑functional stakeholders, the creator economy, or the tech industry.
- Drive hypothesis‑driven business strategy for You Tube products across users, partners and creators.
- Define and execute Go‑to‑Market (GTM) plans, including communication documents, experiments, trusted tester programs and quarterly forecasting.
- Achieve operational excellence by setting and tracking Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), driving annual business planning and managing key programs.
- Collaborate with global and regional Business and Product Management teams to deliver business outcomes and product adoption goals.
- Lead cross‑functional projects under tight deadlines in a change‑oriented environment.
US: $100,000 - $142,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
