Description

Allocation, Replenishment & Order Execution (30%)

  • Develop and assess allocation strategies and order execution required to achieve store operational sales targets for all sellable and non‑sellable product
  • Monitor all store inventory position in relation to sales trends, including key selling periods
  • Support exceptional planning to support target WOS
  • Forecast and replenish key hero products in alignment with penetration targets
  • Maintain assortment plans and routine replenishment for employee stores
  • Develop brand and category assortment plans for new store launch orders
  • Partner with marketing to support promotional plans with timely order execution

FSS Inventory Management & Order Execution/Replenishment (25%)

  • Weekly review of service levels, investigate as required to determine root cause and recommend solutions
  • Manage replenishment parameters and support replenishment optimization
  • Perform ad hoc Sales & Inventory analysis
  • Develop and assess allocation strategies and order execution required to achieve store operational sales targets for all sellable and non‑sellable product
  • Monitor all store inventory position in relation to sales trends, including key selling periods
  • Forecast and replenish key hero products in alignment with penetration targets
  • Maintain assortment plans and routine replenishment for employee stores
  • Develop and execute assortment and allocation strategies to support sales targets and visual merchandising requirements
  • Develop brand and category assortment plans for new store launch orders

Forecasting & Reconciliation (20%)

  • Process owner for forecasting and reconciliation across FSS branded teams & Demand Planning ensuring alignment with Brand LE vs FSS trend
  • Work closely with Marketing & Demand Planning to ensure FSS sales forecasts are aligned with promotions
  • Quarterly category review (internal & with brand leadership) ensure forecast trend and mob are aligned
  • Quarterly WFA review and improvements (Basic + Launch)
  • Manage launch item forecasting and replenishment
  • Review forecast exceptions: by category, franchise, hero, SKU, country
  • Drive monthly collaboration meetings to ensure correct sales drivers
  • Drive quarterly update meetings with branded General Manager
  • Present at corporate meetings on FSS inventory position, key initiatives, etc.
  • Drive seasonal Planning meetings with brand team

Operations (10%)

  • Work with DCs to project workflow planning and timely execution of orders
  • Coordinate movement of exceptional collections from FSS to CCS (ex:MAC licensing product)
  • Support annual physical inventory and monthly cycle counts
  • Identify opportunities to enhance systems/processes

Reporting & Analytics (10%)

  • Highlight opportunities for sales penetration and partner with supply chain for release of excess inventory
  • Develop and maintain routine end of lifecycle management for store & DC inventory
  • Recommendations for assortment edits
  • Communicate & organize SRP/SKU edits, timing of disco and RTV requirements due to new season's assortment

Continuous Process & System Improvements (5%)

  • Drive internal system and process improvements to drive the business more effectively
  • Work with the business to ensure history is cleansed and correct data are captured
  • Drive cross functional process improvements related to EC inventory, sales forecasting
  • System testing for Just Enough & Qlikview enhancements/issues
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in retail planning
  • Self‑starter and ability to work independently
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, ability to quickly re‑prioritize while still meeting deadlines
  • Ability to analyze and review large amount of data in Excel or MS Access
  • Collaboration across functional and regional teams
  • Ability to succinctly summarize analysis results and recommend solutions for optimizing systems and processes
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of allocation and replenishment systems and parameters (safety stock, lead time, review cycle, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of inventory models and metrics
  • Deep understanding of retail planning and inventory management needs
  • Prior experience using forecasting and replenishment systems such as JDA, Just Enough, SAP, I2 Understanding of retail store operations and planning processes
