Founding Operations Lead

This is our first operations hire and a founding-team role. You'll be the connective tissue of the company and a direct extension of the founders - turning operational chaos into systematic processes.

You'll spot the repetitive manual work slowing the team down and replace it with AI-driven workflows, so the company moves faster and more consistently as it scales.

You'll work directly with the founders to keep priorities on track, own the operational details no one else has time for, and systematize the company as it grows.

• Support the founders - manage priorities, handle email and external comms, prep meetings, and drive follow-through
• Own logistics for conferences, customer events, travel, office management, vendors, and scheduling
• Identify repetitive manual tasks across the team and replace them with AI-driven workflows and tooling
• Design and implement operating cadences, systems, and documentation company-wide
• Streamline customer onboarding and deployment for faster, more consistent delivery

• 1-2 years in investment banking, management consulting, or a similarly rigorous, fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with an obsessive commitment to quality
• Exceptionally organized, with a systems-thinking approach
• Strong written and verbal communication, high ownership, low ego
• Based in New York and willing to work in person, full-time

Salary range

$90K - $110K

Equity range

0.20% - 0.80%
