Business Development, Client Relationship Manager
For our client, we are seeking a Director - Strategy Consulting Partnerships North America to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a technology-driven environment.
Location:
New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $216,000 – $250,000 annually
Responsibilities- Define and implement a comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy for consulting firms in North America
- Develop high-level relationships with industry and regional leaders to drive collaboration
- Pitch the company' value proposition to secure business development opportunities
- Source and manage the company-powered consulting projects to ensure successful delivery
- Integrate the company into partner methodologies for operational transformation
- Align consulting initiatives with the company’ strengths to shape go-to-market strategies
- Work closely with regional sales teams to activate partners and guide high-level pitches
- 7-12 years in strategy consulting or related fields, with exposure to software sales or partner management
- Strong commercial acumen and proven success in driving commercial results
- In-depth knowledge of strategy consulting firms’ operations and incentive structures
- Exceptional communication abilities and executive presence
- Experience engaging with senior partners and C-level executives
- Extensive network within the North American strategy consulting landscape
- Entrepreneurial mindset with relationship-building capabilities
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and adaptability
