As an Enterprise Delivery Strategist in the Strategy & Operations charter of Loop, you serve as the custodian of value delivered to Loop’s enterprise customers through our finance product. Loop’s products power billions of dollars in revenue today and are poised to scale multifold in the coming years. In this role, you will own key customer value metrics, obsess over customer outcomes, and optimize for key metrics such as time to value, engagement, and outcomes for the finance product, Balance.

In this role, you will cross‑functionally impact our customer strategy by collaborating with Sales/GTM, Product Operations, Product, and Customer Success while owning key customer value metrics.

• Own key customer value metrics.
• Build playbooks for the sales and customer support functions.
• Own all internal processes across analytics, product surfaces, content, and communications across functions to ensure 10‑star value delivery to customers.
• Own internal processes needed to monitor and improve agentic workflows, including evaluations, system prompts, creating templates, and agentic workflows for customers.
• Collaborate with the GTM/Customer Success teams to own implementation and business roadmap, taking business needs and customer needs into account.

• Have at least 8–12 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting in a direct‑to‑consumer brand or in e‑commerce, CPG, hospitality, or the restaurant industry.
• Have served as a senior financial controller, senior manager, or director of finance, managing the lifecycle across accounting, FP&A, and treasury.
• Are an inherently strong salesperson—selling a product, idea, project, vision, or anything else.
• Can break complex problems into smaller parts and build the necessary processes and systems around them.
• Think in terms of metrics, funnels, and dashboards.
• Have exhibited leadership while also having worked in IC roles across prior positions.
• Can understand complex customer or business problem statements from a business lens, make tradeoffs, and build for the right customer outcomes.
• Demonstrate Loop’s cultural values of radical ownership, customer obsession, and the ability to lose no time & move fast on solving problems.
• Are a CFA/CPA charter holder.
• Have a strong hunger for personal growth and wish to build and deploy next‑generation products at scale, as an operator or a founder.
