We are seeking a Strategic Partner Manager for the AI Wearables Partnerships group to manage the partnership with Essilor Luxottica. In this external-facing role, you will be responsible for managing a highly strategic product partnership that sits at the intersection of wearables devices and AI. You will directly manage external partnerships, acting as a “quarterback” to set up, lead, and execute complex, cross‑organization partner initiatives with high leadership visibility across multiple teams.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Product Marketing, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams—to bring new products to market, grow the AI Wearables category, and inform product strategy by understanding and communicating partner needs, opportunities, and pain points.

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key leaders at Wearables Partners and internally, effectively communicating strategic recommendations, influencing outcomes, and providing detailed updates.
• Drive key leadership meetings and communicate strategic recommendations and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure a strategic and cross‑ecosystems view of key partners in preparation for executive meetings, escalations, and deal negotiations.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, strategic response, legal, policy, communications, marketing) to prepare for any partner meetings or public engagements, providing background information, goals, and materials.
• Develop and manage partnership strategies from deal development to product launches, focusing on growth and delivering results.
• Identify and analyze complex business problems, develop novel solutions, and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Mitigate risks, manage escalations to internal and external executives, and identify opportunities through mapping partner landscape, data analysis, and gaining a holistic partner perspective.

• 8+ years of experience in a partner‑facing role in technology or consumer electronics industries, managing complex deals and partnerships.
• Strong business judgment and experience prioritizing and triaging partner‑related issues, solution‑finding, and motivating internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly strategic and experienced in leading cross‑functional teams to orchestrate planning that brings new products to market and mitigates risks associated with in‑market products.
• Experience interpreting legal documents and working with attorneys.
• Creative, resourceful, detail‑oriented, highly organized, and excellent communication skills.
• BA/BS degree.

• MBA degree.
• Business experience in consumer electronics, accessories and devices partnerships, partner management, or consulting.
• Strong technical competence or a tech‑curious mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience developing strong working relationships, garnering respect, and growing influence inside and outside a product organization.
• Skills at navigating, understanding, and enforcing contracts.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business engagements.

Pay range: $81–$86 per hour, with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k), and parental leave. Compensation reflects the labor market across US geographic regions and may vary based on relevant experience and skills.
