Business Analyst III

Hybrid position. Associates must work in the office 1-2 days per week in Latham, New York, with flexibility for virtual work.

• Analyze complex end user needs to determine optimal solutions.
• Define specific business application software requirements to address those needs.
• Develop project plans and identify and coordinate resources, including outside units.
• Collaborate with programming staff to ensure requirements are incorporated into system design and testing.
• Act as a resource to software users for questions and issue resolution.
• Provide direction and guidance to team members and serve as subject matter expert.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations.
• Experience working with Government Business Division requirements (background checks, segregation of duties, sensitive data handling).
• Background in projects involving complex business-to-IT translation.

Salary range: $77,280 – $115,920 annually.
