Responsibilities
- Monitor U.S. womenswear fashion and livestream commerce trends.
- Support seller onboarding, coaching, and day‑to‑day operations.
- Analyze successful LIVE cases and develop scalable operational playbooks.
- Track key business metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Support campaigns, seller recruitment, and cross‑functional projects.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Category teams.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least a 3‑month internship period.
Qualifications- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce, Data Analytics, Fashion, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, execution, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience or strong interest in e‑commerce, fashion retail, social media, live streaming, or marketplace operations.
- Experience in data analysis, seller communication, market research, or campaign execution.
- Familiarity with Tik Tok, Tik Tok Shop, or other content‑commerce platforms.
Interns have day‑one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in the first half of the year, 40 if hired in the second half). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for a housing allowance.
Job InformationCompensation: $25 – $25 per hour (Campus Intern).
