As a Global Broking intern, your summer will be shaped by real exposure to the business. You’ll spend your days embedded on active trading desks, learning directly from brokers and product specialists.

• Shadowing brokers during live trade execution, observing institutional price discovery in interdealer markets.
• Practicing on student Bloomberg terminals to build fluency with market data and trading tools.
• Exploring other functions across the firm—from operations and compliance to post‑trade services.

• Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Relocation at own cost if applicable; TP ICAP does not provide relocation or housing assistance.

• Curious and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in financial markets.
• Adaptable and composed under pressure, with a willingness to take initiative.
• Strong communicators who can listen, ask questions, and build relationships.

• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with light technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
