A senior associate in deal strategy will analyse market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals.
This role involves identifying potential risks, opportunities, and developing strategies to maximise value and achieve business objectives, while managing and inspiring teams, building client relationships, and growing professionally amid ambiguity.

- Provide insightful data analysis and support for process improvements.
- Collaborate with Private Equity and Corporate clients during transaction phases.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to uphold standards.
- Build and nurture client relationships.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the business landscape.
- Utilize critical thinking to address complex challenges.
- Contribute to the team's strategic goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management preferred.
- Other related fields of study may be considered.
- Experience advising clients on enhancing working capital.
- Experience conducting thorough financial analysis and diagnostics.
- Experience developing what‑if scenarios/models for performance impacts.
- Experience implementing improvement programs within Order to Cash.
- Experience supporting due diligence processes for working capital.
- Experience monitoring industry trends affecting working capital management.
- Experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools.
Up to 60%.
Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: $77,000 – $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
