Your key responsibilitiesAs a Senior Director, you will work across the entire transaction lifecycle—pre‑sign diligence, sign‑to‑close planning, and post‑close execution—on complex M&A integrations and divestitures. You will help clients solve complex supply‑chain problems, designing innovative solutions that improve performance and resiliency across plan, source, make, deliver, and return functions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics or related field and 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and 7 years of related experience.
- MBA preferred.
- Significant management consulting experience.
- Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning/inventory, and/or logistics.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into insights.
- Experience in business integrations, divestitures or carve‑outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Leadership experience in complex environments.
- Strong prioritization, adaptability and negotiation skills.
- Local residency or commutable distance to office location.
- Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when required.
- Knowledge of firm‑approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
Earnings and benefits include a competitive base salary of $250,000 to $290,000, medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our hybrid model requires 40‑60% in‑person engagement and provides flexible vacation policies and paid holidays.
