The Client Partner is a strategic leader responsible for driving growth and delivering transformative outcomes for top-tier Financial Services clients. This role combines executive-level relationship management, business development, and delivery oversight to ensure measurable impact across client engagements. Acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, the Senior Client Partner shapes strategies that address industry challenges such as digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and AI-driven innovation.
The position demands a blend of consultative selling, thought leadership, and operational excellence.
- 12+ years in consulting or Financial Services leadership roles, with proven success in managing large-scale transformation programs.
- Deep knowledge of banking, capital markets, insurance, or payments ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to originate and close complex consulting deals (>$10M annually).
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Executive relationship management

- Financial analysis and risk management
- Negotiation and influencing
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify and seize growth opportunities.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Track record of building long-term, trust-based client relationships.

- Deep expertise within Financial Services or closely related industries.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile, SAFe, or similar).
- A strong network of senior executive and industry relationships.

Level: Director‑Senior Director
Base salary: 200, base salary + bonus
