Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) is building a dedicated Escalation team to support our highest-value enterprise customers through complex, high-stakes moments with the platform. As a Senior Critical Account Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle for the most complex escalations and carry a book of 15–20 active cases.
You will co-own the weekly product and engineering reviews, drive systemic resolutions, and serve as a senior partner to CSMs and earlier-career CAMs.
