About Us

We are a PE backed fast growing healthcare services company. We believe in empowering individuals to live life on their terms. We are on a mission to transform home care through compassion, innovation, and a people-first approach. We are a performance-oriented organization that values both excellence and culture, with a strong commitment to making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial teammate to help scale our business through its next phase of growth. This role offers the opportunity to shape how AI is deployed across the organization while contributing to critical finance, strategy, and operational initiatives.

About the Role

Reporting to the Finance team but collaborating with all departments, this individual will help drive our innovative AI transformation agenda while supporting broader strategic and growth priorities. This is an AI-focused builder role embedded within the business, responsible for identifying high-leverage workflow opportunities and translating them into practical AI tools, automations, and workflows that improve decision-making, organizational efficiency, and patient outcomes.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious consultant/investment banker to work at the intersection of AI, strategy, finance, and operations within a rapidly growing company. The role provides direct exposure to senior leadership and meaningful ownership from day one, helping shape how the organization scales through technology and data-driven decision-making.

What You’ll Do
  • Build AI-powered dashboards, internal tools, and workflows that improve visibility and make data more actionable across finance, growth, strategy, and operations.
  • Automate recurring reporting, analysis, and business processes to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
  • Partner with business leaders and operators to identify high-impact transformation opportunities and develop scalable AI-driven solutions.
  • Leverage large datasets to build practical AI-enabled tools, workflows, and analyses.
  • Drive recommendations around data architecture, reporting frameworks, and business logic to support advanced AI and analytics use cases.
  • Use data, AI, and analytics to identify trends, support the transition toward value-based care, and improve patient outcomes.
What You’ll Bring

Effectively, we’re looking for someone with hands-on experience implementing AI in a business setting, ideally from investment banking, AI transformation / strategy consulting, corporate strategy, etc. You do not not need to code but should be technical enough to understand what it takes to implement AI correctly and e color on that below...

Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in either:
  • Investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or a similar business-oriented role, combined with hands‑on experience building and deploying AI, automation, or workflow tools; or
  • AI implementation, forward‑deployed engineering, AI consulting, or a related role focused on translating business needs into practical AI solutions.
Skills & Capabilities
  • Experience building AI and automation tools, including dashboards, internal applications, or data-driven solutions.
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to work directly with operators and business leaders to identify opportunities and drive adoption.
  • Familiarity with modern AI development workflows, including prompt engineering, agent‑based systems, and coding tools.
  • Strong understanding of databases, SQL, and Snowflake, including data modeling and analytics best practices.
  • A builder mentality with a bias toward action, ownership, and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative, low‑ego approach.
