ERP Transformation Workstream Delivery Manager About the role
The ERP Transformation Workstream Delivery Manager is responsible for driving the successful delivery and adoption of our ERP transformation programme across multiple business units and locations. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will coordinate stakeholders, operational teams, technical specialists, vendors, and programme leadership to ensure effective implementation of new systems and ways of working.
This is a highly organised, delivery-focused role requiring strong stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and programme planning skills. As part of the programme leadership community, you will contribute to delivery excellence across the wider transformation programme.
Regular travel to UK and international sites will be required to support deployments, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness activities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of ERP transformation activities across multiple sites and business functions, ensuring successful implementation of programme objectives, processes, and technology solutions.
- Drive business change and adoption by engaging stakeholders, coordinating deployment activities, and partnering with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and readiness.
- Maintain effective programme governance, reporting, and communications, providing visibility of progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions.
- Oversee deployment and transition activities, including business readiness, cutover planning, data migration, system integrations, hypercare support, and legacy system decommissioning where required.
- Facilitate workshops, steering groups, and stakeholder forums, while managing risks, issues, and dependencies to support successful programme outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement of programme delivery standards, monitor performance against milestones and budgets, and ensure all programme documentation and governance artefacts are maintained to a high standard.

- Proven experience delivering ERP implementations, business transformation, and organisational change programmes.
- Strong understanding of programme governance, project delivery methodologies, and risk, issue, dependency, and change management.
- Experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders, influencing across complex matrix organisations.
- Skilled in managing third‑party vendors, system integrators, and cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivated, organised, and able to work independently while maintaining alignment with programme objectives.
- Willingness to travel regularly across UK and international sites to support programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and deployments.
