• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with large-scale products

• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban methodologies
• Experience with Jira, Gantt charts, Miro, and project documentation
• Business analysis fundamentals and effort estimation skills

• Proven leadership skills with a proactive approach
• Strong facilitation and meeting management capabilities
• Diplomatic communication style with high stress tolerance
• Critical thinking and structured problem‑solving approach

• Experience managing cross‑functional teams (dev, QA, design, business)
• Process management from planning to delivery
• Task management and team coordination
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Status reporting, roadmap planning, and retrospective facilitation

• Manage project timelines, priorities, and resource allocation for client implementations
• Conduct regular client calls to discuss project status, changes, and expectations
