Third Bridge seeks an entrepreneurial Enablement Leader to own the end-to-end commercial enablement strategy. You will translate the global GTM plan into practical, seller-ready tools that drive revenue productivity and measurable outcomes.
You will design onboarding journeys, ensure reps are truly accredited, and drive adoption of Gong, Avarra, and User Gems. As the first hire in this function, you will shape the enablement program with senior leadership and coaching frameworks.
