Responsibilities
- Erfassung und Verteilung der eingehenden Aufträge
- Komplette selbständige Auftragsabwicklung In- und Ausland sowie termingerechte Bearbeitung (Verfügbarkeitskontrolle, Auftragsbestätigungen, Lieferterminverfolgung in Zusammenarbeit mit den entsprechenden Hausabteilungen, Korrespondenz, Lieferscheine, Versandpapiere, Rechnungen)
- Prüfung und Klärung sämtlicher auftragsbezogener Daten unter kaufmännischen Gesichtspunkten sowie die Pflege kundenrelevanter Informationen
- Forderungsmanagement
- Bearbeitung und Auswertung von Montagerapporten In- und Ausland
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung sämtlicher Versand- und Exportdokumente inkl. Transport- und Zollabwicklung (Erstellung sowie Kontrolle von Export- und Zolldokumenten)
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Akkreditiven
- Konsequente Abwicklung der Auftragsverwaltungssysteme
- Erstellung und Betreuung von Statistiken
- Erstellung der Intrastat-Meldungen
