Role Overview

Consulting Manager/Senior Consulting Manager at Procure Ability, a Jabil company, will manage work streams within client projects related to procurement, supply chain, and strategy. The role involves working with executive leaders, coordinating project teams, and delivering high‑quality consulting deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.

• Engage directly with clients on procurement and supply chain‑related initiatives to improve efficiency and drive value.
• Manage and support client project work streams, including:
  • Supply chain and procurement assessments
  • Category management and strategic sourcing
  • Procurement strategy roadmap creation and capability development
  • Scenario modeling and analytics
• Lead internal firm‑building activities such as:
  • Scoping, market, and supplier research
  • RFx development, management, and evaluation
  • Supplier evaluation & selection
  • Negotiations, operational improvement, and innovation
• Drive business development and practice development initiatives, including knowledge capital development, proposal writing, and RFP responses.
• Benchmark client research, employee development, and resource management.
• Lead teams of consultants, analysts, and staff to provide client support and services.

• 5+ years of consulting experience with a professional firm.
• 6+ years of procurement experience, either consulting or practitioner roles.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• 3+ years of experience managing direct reports and directing project teams.
• Proven track record of managing consulting projects to successful outcomes, including strategic cost‑reduction initiatives and supply‑chain transformation.
• Experience managing advisory engagements from proposal to final delivery, resolving problems, mitigating delays, and escalating issues as needed.
• Expert‑level skills with financial assessments, data analytics, MS Excel (pivot tables), chart creation, and MS PowerPoint presentation development.
• Ability to travel to client sites on an as‑needed basis.

• Pay range: $115,500 – $207,900.
• Short‑term incentive based on performance.
