Case Investigations & Enforcement Team Member

The Case Investigations & Enforcement (CIE) team consolidates rules development and compliance and all ecosystem compliance programs across Payment Ecosystem Risk and Controls (PERC) to ensure a consistent enforcement process across Visa's rules, fraud, and integrity disciplines.

This is an individual contributor role who will provide support to the global leadership team to achieve the future of CIE. The role partners with team members across CIE to manage the design and implementation of a portfolio of initiatives to support CIE progress and implementation of OKRs, business planning, townhalls, partner and leadership materials.

Core Responsibilities
  • Support creation of annual strategic plans and materials for the CIE leadership team, including financial budget management.
  • Lead development of PowerPoint materials for business updates:
    Town halls, executive presentations, partner and stakeholder updates, monthly OKR progress.
  • Facilitate leadership alignment and collaboration by driving clarity across operations, risk technology, and program management work streams.
  • Develop and maintain program initiative intake and tracking infrastructure, track progress and update status across organizational levels.
  • Create and manage centralized business requirements for the CIE technology portfolio, oversee prioritization and product development lifecycle.
  • Monitor internal initiatives, track progress, identify risks, and drive execution across cross‑functional teams.
  • Define and maintain a standardized process based on change‑management principles for initiative implementation.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to support effective design and development of initiatives per standard project‑management principles.
  • Apply detailed change‑initiative planning, including RACI, business case, cost/benefit analysis, impact assessment, risk mitigation, and overall project‑management principles.
Basic Qualifications

5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree, or 2+ years with an Advanced degree (Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications

6+ years of experience with a Bachelors Degree, or 4+ years with an Advanced Degree, or up to 3 years with a PhD. Highly analytical and critical thinker with proven ability to leverage data for complex business‑case analysis, including financial cost‑benefit analysis. Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate wider projects, delegate tasks, and influence stakeholders. Ability to work independently under limited supervision, effectively handle pressure and shifting priorities, and proactively address complex challenges in a matrixed environment.

Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into successful deliverables. Ability to set priorities and manage expectations, both as part of a team and independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills for partnering with and articulating initiatives across regions and stakeholders. Resilience to new or shifting priorities and urgent requests with limited time. Action‑oriented with responsibility under limited information and competent application of business analysis to mitigate downstream impacts.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Estimated salary range: $109,800 to $186,000 USD per year, potentially including sales incentive payments. Salary may vary by job‑related factors. Position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Work hours vary based on departmental needs.

Travel: 5–10% of the time.
