About the Role
As a Delivery Executive, you will lead strategic delivery initiatives and foster executive‑level customer relationships across large, complex programs. This role is pivotal in driving successful business outcomes, ensuring SAP solution adoption, and enabling transformation for our most strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Program Leadership: Own program‑level governance, communications, and delivery strategy, ensuring alignment with SAP methodologies and customer business outcomes.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑suite and senior executives; represent SAP at Steering Committees and Business Reviews.
- Risk & Issue Management: Serve as the escalation point for program risks and issues, collaborating with SAP, customer, and partner leadership to resolve challenges.
- Team Leadership: Coach and mentor program teams, make resource decisions, and foster a high‑performing “One‑SAP” delivery culture.
- Business Development: Support services and license sales cycles, identify account growth opportunities, and contribute to revenue and margin goals.
- Governance & Quality: Establish and enforce program governance frameworks, manage project quality gates, and ensure delivery excellence.
- Financial Accountability: Own program financial strategy, internal & external communications and success metrics such as cost management, forecasting, and budgeting.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 10+ years in project management with strong business, functional, or technical expertise.
- Executive Presence: Proven ability to engage with C‑level executives and influence strategic outcomes.
- Tools & Methodologies: Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence, SAP toolchain (ALM, LeanIX, Signavio), Activate, Agile, PMP frameworks.
- Certifications: SAP Certified Associate – Business Transformation Consultant, AI‑related certifications, Change Management for SAP Cloud Projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s in business or project management (Master’s preferred).

Compensation Range Transparency
Targeted combined range for this position is USD 243,300 – 390,000. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, and other factors as determined through the selection process.
