Core SkillsStrong experience as a Lead System Analyst on PEGA implementations.
Experience Translating Business Requirements Into PEGA‑ready Functional DesignsResource should be able to lead the team and take architectural decisions independently.
PEGA & Technical KnowledgePEGA Platform (PRPC 7.x / 8.x / Infinity)
Familiarity with PEGA Guardrails and implementation best practices.
Understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP, external systems).
Exposure to PEGA UI modernization/upgrades is a plus.
Process & Domain KnowledgeStrong understanding of BPM, workflow automation, and case lifecycle.
Domain Experience (Preferred)Banking, insurance, or financial services.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations is a plus.
CompensationThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $106,230 to $145,000.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
