As a Product Manager for Capital One Travel, you will lead the reimagining of the travel booking experience for millions of customers. Capital One Travel  is more than a booking engine; it is a premier lifestyle platform integrated into the Capital One ecosystem, offering features such as price prediction, price‑match guarantees, and seamless rewards integration.

• Own a significant portion of the travel product roadmap.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to build seamless, high‑confidence travel experiences.
• Optimize the flight booking funnel.
• Expand the luxury hotel collection.
• Innovate post‑booking disruption services.

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing; or
• Bachelor’s degree in any field and at least 3years of product management experience.

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.

• Minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries vary by location (e.g., $164,800–$188,100 for McLean, VA; $179,700–$205,100 for New York, NY; $149,800–$171,000 for Richmond, VA).
• This role is eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
