The opportunity- Support fundraising activity end-to-end, including investor research, pitch‑deck iterations, data‑room management and follow‑up coordination
- Own operational projects from problem definition through to delivery, including vendor evaluation, hiring processes and workflow design
- Analyse commercial and operational data to identify insights across lead conversion, unit economics and partner performance
- Support go-to-market initiatives, including lead generation, partnership outreach and relationship management
- Produce high-quality investor updates, internal documentation, decision briefs and external communications independently
- Build new projects and processes from scratch, then systematise, automate or transition them as the company scales
- Prioritise and execute against the most pressing business challenges, often across several work streams in a single day
- 1–3 years of experience within a top‑tier consulting, investment banking, strategy or similarly demanding environment
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with confidence in Excel or Google Sheets, financial modelling and interpreting data
An excellent writer, able to create clear, compelling and polished communications for senior internal and external stakeholders - Highly resourceful, proactive and comfortable making progress without waiting for perfect information
- Based in New York City, or genuinely committed to relocating for an in‑person position
- Experience in a startup, fintech, insurtech or AI‑native company
- Exposure to insurance, financial services or regulated industries
- Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects or external partnerships
- Familiarity with operational analysis, commercial analysis or light financial modelling
