As a Product Manager for Capital One Travel, you will be at the forefront of reimagining the travel booking experience for millions of customers. Capital One Travel is not just a booking engine; it is a premier lifestyle platform integrated into the Capital One ecosystem, offering unique features like price prediction, price match guarantees, and seamless rewards integration. In a Manager-level role, you will own a significant portion of the travel product roadmap and lead cross‑functional teams to build seamless, high‑confidence travel experiences—whether that’s optimizing the flight booking funnel, expanding our luxury hotel collection, or innovating on post‑booking disruption services.

• A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

Salary by location:

• McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 (Manager, Product Management)
• New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 (Manager, Product Management)
• Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 (Manager, Product Management)

Performance-based incentive compensation may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
