OverviewThe Associate will manage all aspects of the due diligence process for private fund fundraising, partnering directly with prospective investors, Investment Relations, and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, timely diligence materials and client communications.
Responsibilities- Develop, create and maintain the full suite of due diligence deliverables (DDQs, RFPs, RFIs, quantitative datasets, IDD/ODD presentations, PPMs, case studies, investor presentations).
- Coordinate and schedule investor calls, meetings, asset tours, on‑site visits and due diligence days, ensuring all parties are fully prepared.
- Gather and update consultant databases and deliver quarterly updates on data and content to support the consulting team.
- Collaborate with Investor Relations, Tax, Legal, Operations and other subject‑matter experts to address investor requests and provide technically accurate materials.
- Build and maintain an in‑depth understanding of Brookfield’s infrastructure and energy product offerings, investment strategies, portfolio and corporate structure to ensure consistent, compelling communications.
- Utilize internal tools (e.g., Loopio, standard datasets, HR/performance metrics) to respond efficiently to client requests.
- Act as the primary client‑facing contact for due diligence questions, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills under tight deadlines and across multiple time zones.
- Update and manage marketing collateral, pitchbooks, and other client‑facing materials throughout the fundraising cycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in private fund marketing, due diligence, client services, or a related fundraising role.
- Strong preference for experience in the infrastructure/energy sector and familiarity with private fund products and institutional investor needs.
- Proven project‑management experience managing multiple concurrent projects, timelines and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience with high‑volume, technology‑enabled processes and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Loopio, PowerBI, Mercatus, Seismic, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; high attention to detail and a clear ability to produce polished, data‑driven materials.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, engaging senior professionals and shaping communication for diverse geographic audiences.
- Base salary: $160,000 – $180,000 per year.
- Short‑term incentive program (cash bonus) – compensation varies with geography and is market competitive.
