Description

The Manager, COE PMO & Strategic Planning plays a critical role in enabling the Global Talent COE operating model by driving strategic planning, governance, and execution across the function. This role translates the VP, Talent COE and COE leadership agenda into a clear, prioritized roadmap and ensures alignment across domain strategy leads, PXT, and key enterprise partners.

This individual manages the operating rhythm of the COE, including planning cycles, milestone tracking, governance forums, resource planning, and executive communications. The role serves as the central coordination point for strategy activation, helping ensure initiatives move from concept to execution with speed, discipline, and enterprise alignment.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong project management, executive communication, and organizational effectiveness skills in a complex, matrixed global environment.

  • Translate COE strategy into prioritized roadmaps, implementation plans, and governance structures
  • Manage strategic planning cadence across the Talent COE, including annual planning, quarterly reviews, and leadership operating rhythms
  • Track end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives tied to business and people priorities, including milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
  • Coordinate governance across domain strategy leads (TA, Talent Management, Culture & Leadership, Learning, etc.) to ensure alignment and clear accountability
  • Serve as central point of coordination for COE communications, executive updates, decision documentation, and leadership forums
  • Support resource planning, budget tracking, and vendor/partner coordination where applicable
  • Maintain initiative inventory, reporting dashboards, and progress updates for senior HR leadership and enterprise stakeholders
  • Ensure governance frameworks, project management standards, and execution discipline are consistently applied across the COE
Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in HR strategy, PMO, transformation, or related functions
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Excellence executive communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity with strong attention to detail
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect strategic priorities to execution plans
  • Experience working across highly matrixed, global organizations preferred
