Location: New York
Real Chemistry is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Rad Science team.
This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Indianapolis, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.
What you’ll do:- Oversee note taking during meetings/calls (internal and client‑facing); send prompt recaps to all appropriate parties
- Coordinate the resources needed to service project scopes by developing and owning strategic operational plans (creative briefs, project plans, status spreadsheets, hot sheets, meeting recaps, etc.) while balancing client expectations alongside execution of successful work output
- Learn, follow, and implement each client’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into agency milestone delivery(s), review periods, MLR submissions, etc.
- Work in close partnership with Project Manager (PM) to ensure smooth production of all scopes of work
- May review timelines created by PM to ensure dates align to client SOP and needs
- Collaborate with PM to meet client submission deadlines and expectations
- Client services:
May serve as day‑to‑day client contact on select projects while building client relationships and debriefing regularly with Senior Account Director (Sr Acct
D)/Account Director (Acct
D). - New business acquisition:
May participate in new business opportunities as a support to the Account Director (Acct
D) - Write/populate proposals/SOWs in response to client inquiries for new business
- Drive the creation of billable job codes
- Assist Sr Acct D/Acct D at monthly revenue recognition meetings with insights that may inform accruals
- Communicate updates to Sr Acct D/Acct D on project burn against original budget
- Collaborate with supervisor on development of goals and work towards progress
- Model essential job functions and company SOPs for junior staff
- Provide feedback to supervisor, leadership, and fellow team members with a solution‑oriented focus
- Collaborate with new staff to help with onboarding and training
- Effectively collaborate with members across the entire team to succeed
- Ensure procedures are followed by all team members
- Adaptable, resilient, and OK with adjusting scope, responsibilities, and focus as we grow
- Proactive, driven, resourceful with strong prioritization skills and desire to dive into data

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Outlook (highly desirable)
- Familiarity with animated media/motion graphics, web/app, and experiential technology (VR/AR, etc.) highly desirable
- Degree in marketing, communications, art, computer graphics, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Degree in biomedical visualization from an AMA accredited graduate program (desirable)

Pay Range:$70,000‑$80,000 (based on job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors including work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location).
