OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced service-oriented associate to join our team. The Client Experience Associate is responsible for delivery of the highest levels of service to our clients in their day to day and ongoing interactions with our organization. This shall be done by following our service guidelines as well as seeking opportunities to provide bespoke service moments during these interactions.
This individual will play a critical role in supporting our Advisor, Investment and Insurance Operations Teams in both onboarding new clients, and servicing existing clients.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, providing regular updates, answering questions and addressing concerns to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Collaborate with advisors and our operations teams to gather necessary client information to onboard new clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, to ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in our CRM system, ensuring compliance with Park Avenue Capital's CRM standards.
- Supports the execution of all departmental initiatives that positively impact CX, PAC and our clients
- Partner across the Experience Platform (Marketing, Events & Admin) to ensure consistent execution of service standards and support coordinated delivery of the client experience.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or hospitality management or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality operations (or related) industry
- Must obtain FINRA Life/Accident/Health license, SIE, Series 6 & 63 within 24 months ofstart date.
- Constant desire for further personal and professional development.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask and effectively operate in a fast-paced environment.

- Incredibly detail-oriented and thorough, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks and client interactions.
- Strong communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and provide exceptional client service.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management software and CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with clients, advisors and internal teams to achieve common goals.
