We are seeking an experienced Operations Digitalization Manager to drive enterprise transformation initiatives across Global Operations functions. Partnering closely with senior business leaders, the Transformation and Strategic Change Team (TASC), Technology, Compliance, Legal, and PIMCO's AI organization, this individual will identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities where AI can enhance client experience, strengthen operational controls, reduce risk, increase scalability, and drive productivity.

The successful candidate will develop transformation roadmaps and lead the implementation of AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business value.

The Operations Digitalization Manager will bring a demonstrated track record of translating complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions through a combination of AI, automation, process redesign, and technology enablement. They will have experience leading initiatives from strategy and prioritization through execution, adoption, and value realization, with a focus on delivering meaningful operational and client outcomes.

This role requires a unique blend of operational expertise, transformation leadership, technology fluency, executive presence, and change management capabilities. The ideal candidate will be able to influence senior stakeholders, align cross-functional teams around a shared vision, and successfully drive large-scale initiatives across complex organizational environments.

• Lead end-to-end AI transformation initiatives across Global Operations and other business functions, partnering closely with the TASC team and other key stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Identify and prioritize high-value business opportunities where AI can improve client experience, reduce operational risk, increase scalability, and drive productivity.
