Senior Business Continuity Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the company’s business continuity consultant, providing expert guidance to peers and leadership
• Facilitate and ensure the completion, annual maintenance, and tracking of Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), contingency plans, risk assessments, and associated plans, policies, and procedures
• Develop, organize, deliver, and track business continuity training and exercises
• Facilitate and coordinate company-wide emergency response and recovery efforts
• Maintain the Business Continuity Coordinator program
• Track and coordinate the completion of identified opportunities for improvement (OFIs)
• Represent the Business Continuity program during internal and external quality audits

• Five (5) years of progressive experience in business continuity planning and operations
• Considerable experience facilitating crisis management and business continuity team activations
• High degree of personal accountability and self-motivation
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Availability to provide 24/7 on-call coverage
• Experience and comfort working with Microsoft Office applications (including SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Power BI) and emergency communications systems (Everbridge, Alert Media, RAVE, or similar)
• Ability to travel to other Wolfspeed locations, as needed, up to 5% of the year

Demonstrates expertise in Business Continuity Planning, including the development and maintenance of Business Impact Analyses and Business Continuity Plans. Proven ability to facilitate crisis management and coordinate emergency response efforts while maintaining strong interpersonal and communication skills.
