Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PMO professional to support strategic AI and Data Governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for program governance, project coordination, executive reporting, stakeholder management, risk and issue tracking, and driving cross-functional collaboration across multiple work streams. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong communication skills, governance experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of PMO, Project Coordination, Program Management Office, or Project Management experience.
  • Strong experience supporting large-scale governance, regulatory, transformation, AI, or data-related initiatives.
  • Proven experience with executive reporting, stakeholder management, and governance forums.
  • Experience managing project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and status reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting AI Governance, Data Governance, Risk, Compliance, Regulatory, or Enterprise Transformation programs.
  • Financial Services or Banking domain experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
  • Support and drive PMO activities across AI and Data Governance programs.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, and dependency trackers.
  • Coordinate with business, risk, compliance, operations, and technology stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, working sessions, and leadership reviews.
  • Prepare executive status reports, dashboards, presentations, and program updates.
  • Manage Risks, Issues, Actions, and Dependencies (RAID) logs.
  • Track key deliverables and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Document meeting minutes, action items, decisions, and program outcomes.
  • Support resource planning, budget tracking, and capacity management activities.
  • Monitor program health and elevate risks and issues when appropriate.
  • Ensure adherence to governance standards, reporting requirements, and program management best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes and reporting mechanisms.
