Investor Relations Associate

A Financial Services Firm based in New York City is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as an Investor Relations Associate.

• Support investor relations activities across a range of communications and processes
• Maintain and regularly update internal CRM systems to ensure data accuracy
• Assist in the preparation and ongoing maintenance of external-facing marketing and presentation materials
• Collaborate with investment and other internal teams to support IR initiatives and workflows
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings across stakeholders
• Handle confidential and highly sensitive information with discretion at all times

• 2+ years of experience in investor relations, client services, or a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Power Point
• Comfortable creating and refining presentation materials for external audiences
• Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently
• Flexible and willing to take on a broad range of responsibilities in a dynamic environment
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
