Responsibilities
- Shape and implement the strategy for organizational transformation
- Develop and execute structured change management methodologies
- Partner with leaders to ensure effective execution and measurable outcomes
- Guide cross‑functional teams to deliver transformational changes
- Develop multi‑faceted change plans for large‑scale initiatives
- Conduct impact analysis and develop strategies to minimize disruption
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 7‑10 years of experience
- 3‑5 years of proven experience executing change management strategies
- Proven experience in leading large scale technology, operational and/or operating model transformations
- Exceptional business acumen
- Understanding of financial services and insurance industry
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong understanding of how to motivate and drive change across large, diverse stakeholder groups
