VP, Head of Solutions Engineers

• Drive strategic growth, new logo acquisition, and long-term client retention across key client segments.
• Partner with senior leadership on market strategy, competitive analysis, and market segmentation.
• Identify emerging market trends and commercial opportunities to influence product direction and business strategy.
• Serve as a senior client-facing advisor in strategic prospect and customer engagements.
• Lead executive-level presentations, solution workshops, and complex demonstrations.
• Act as a strategic resource for Sales on solution positioning, demo strategy, and competitive opportunities.
• Partner across Product, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Support to ensure solution readiness and successful execution.

• 15+ years of Buy Side investment management technology and/or operations experience
• Strong familiarity with OMS, PMS, and related investment management platforms
• Demonstrated success in senior leadership roles spanning product strategy, presales, solutions consulting, or commercial leadership.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence at senior levels internally and externally.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed (approximately 30%).

Demonstrates extensive experience in Buy Side investment management technology and operations, with a strong focus on product strategy and client engagement. Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic growth through effective communication and collaboration across multiple departments.
