- Managing a portfolio of client relationships within Broadridge Asset Management Solutions business
- Serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in helping clients achieve their business goals
- Partnering closely with business leaders and key decision makers to ensure delivery of solutions
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with executive sponsors and key partners
- Monitoring service delivery and health of account relationships
- Communicating changes in the business environment to management
- Preparing and executing annual client strategic plans
- Deep understanding of the inner workings of front/middle office operations of Hedge Funds and Private Credit managers
- Minimum 15 years of buy side experience or account management experience
- Closing and contract negotiation skills
- Detailed knowledge of products including OMS, Portfolio Management, Risk, Compliance Data Warehouse, Pricing, Reference Data, Accounting, Reconciliation and Reporting, Managed Services
- Ability to take a consultative approach to problem solving with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to travel (20%)
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a dynamic, high pressure environment.
Demonstrates extensive experience in managing client relationships within the asset management sector, with a strong focus on front/middle office operations of Hedge Funds and Private Credit. Proven ability to develop strategic plans and deliver tailored solutions while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
