CLEAR is building THE secure identity company of the future. Our mission is to make experiences safer and easier—physically and digitally. With more than 38 million Members and a growing network of partners across the world, CLEAR's secure identity platform is transforming the way people live, work, and travel. Whether it’s at the airport, stadium, or throughout your everyday life, CLEAR unlocks the magic of frictionless experiences.

We’re looking for experienced Senior Product Managers to help build the next generation of our identity platform across CLEAR Travel. In this role, you will define and drive product strategy for critical consumer experiences that power secure identity, seamless travel, and membership growth. You will work across a broad set of products and platforms, balancing customer needs, operational scalability, technical investments, and business outcomes to deliver magical experiences for millions of members and partners.

Level and specific team / role matching will happen at the end of our interview process.

What you’ll do:
  • Define product strategy and roadmap for key areas of CLEAR’s platform, always working backwards from the customer and driving measurable business impact
  • Build and manage complex products end-to-end, from discovery and prioritization through launch, iteration, and long-term optimization
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Operations, Analytics, Marketing, Legal, Security, and Business teams to deliver against quarterly and annual roadmap priorities
  • Drive clarity and execution in highly ambiguous problem spaces, balancing short-term needs with long-term platform scalability and reliability
  • Leverage qualitative insights, experimentation, and quantitative analysis to identify opportunities, improve member experiences, and optimize product performance
  • Represent CLEAR with external partners and stakeholders to gather feedback, align priorities, and influence roadmap decisions
  • Deeply understand evolving industry trends across identity, travel, consumer technology, and enterprise platforms to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
How you’ll measure success:
  • Delivery of product roadmap initiatives that drive measurable business and member outcomes
  • Improvements in key product and operational metrics such as conversion, engagement, retention, scalability, latency, reliability, and partner adoption
  • Ability to create alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and successfully execute against strategic priorities
  • Development of scalable product foundations that enable future growth across CLEAR’s travel ecosystem
What you’re great at:
  • 5+ years of product management experience building consumer, platform, and/or marketplace products at scale
  • Proven track record of shipping high-quality, innovative product experiences in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to develop multi-quarter product strategies grounded in customer insights, business goals, and market trends
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to influence prioritization and decision-making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences alike
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity across complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Passion for building seamless, trusted, and customer-centric experiences
How You’ll be Rewarded:

At CLEAR we help YOU move forward - because when you’re at your best, we’re at our best. You’ll work with talented team members who are motivated by our mission of making experiences safer and easier. Our hybrid work environment provides flexibility. In our offices, you’ll enjoy benefits like meals and snacks. We invest in your well-being and learning & development with our stipend and reimbursement programs.

We offer holistic total rewards, including comprehensive healthcare plans, family building benefits (fertility and adoption/surrogacy support), flexible time off, free One Medical memberships for you and your dependents, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.

The total compensation range for this role is $200,000-$275,000, depending on levels…
