We're hiring a strategic finance leader. Tribe is growing roughly 4x year over year and is profitable — and we need the person who turns that momentum into a rigorously planned, metrics-driven business. You'll report directly to our CEO and operate as an extension of her: building the company financial model, establishing the planning and metrics cadence the leadership team runs on, and serving as the analytical lead for the whole company.

This is a hands on keyboard role from day one.

• Build and own the company financial model and forecast.
• Establish the core metrics, reporting cadence, and planning rigor the business runs on.
• Serve as the company's analytical lead: resource allocation, strategy, and execution planning across every function.
• Tell the Tribe story in numbers to investors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Extend into operational and go-to-market strategy — capacity planning, pricing, unit economics — work that today sits with our GTM lead and belongs in this seat.

• Strong financial foundation: experience in banking, private equity, or growth-stage VC, and you know your way around a financial model.
• Experience in biz ops or strategic finance at a high-growth startup (Series B and beyond) and know what hypergrowth feels like from the inside.
• More than FP&A: you don't just run the model — you orient the cadence of the entire business around it and drive decisions with it.
• Hands-on and high-leverage: you do the work yourself and don't need headcount before you can be effective.
• Energized by ambiguity: nothing here is settled, everything is a puzzle, and you find that exciting rather than stressful.
